Project History:
This modern smart pad was at the top end of the marketplace but the owner was frustrated by the lack of space for storage and additional furniture other than the basics.
Ben Huckerby Design Brief:
To design a smart pad incorporating plasma screens, pull down beds and space saving storage systems, to make the property feel as spacious as possible, utilising spacial planning and interior design.
The Outcome:
The owner's favourite space saving solution is the pull down beds that can easily be hidden when guests are round or during the day. The plasma screens also give a great cinema-esque feel without taking up precious space.
