Built in 2004, this property is a riverside penthouse with a terrace overlooking Leeds city centre. The stunning views were hindered by the unkept terrace and so the Ben Huckerby Design team were called upon...
Ben Huckerby Design Brief:
To use mirrors and lighting to give the penthouse a more spacious feel, and to furnish the external terrace, integrating Bang & Olufsen.
The Outcome:
The terrace is now the focal point of the penthouse with friends scrambling to see the spectacular views. The high end interior design now flows thoughout the penthouse, linking the internal and external space.
